1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of BirSite, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (Terms) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services Provided
- Website Maintenance & Updates: Conducting security and performance updates for the WordPress core, plugins, and themes.
- Secure Backup: Backing up database and files to secure cloud servers at specified intervals (Weekly, Daily, Real-Time).
- Email Monitoring: Monitoring SMTP settings and server reputation, implementing preventative measures against spam issues.
- Social Media Management (Add-on Service): Periodic management, content planning, and sharing on specified social media platforms, in accordance with the content strategy provided by the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Securely providing all necessary access information (hosting, cPanel, admin panel, etc.) required for the complete provision of our services.
- Accepting that content production, legal responsibility, and copyrights for items not explicitly covered by our services belong to the client.
- Understanding that all service packages are ongoing subscription services with a fixed monthly fee until cancelled.
- Ensuring the security of the created membership account, not sharing password information with anyone, and being responsible for actions taken through the account.
4. Termination and Refund Policy
Our services renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the paid period, and no refund will be provided for that period. BirSite reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
5. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
BirSite commits to maintaining the site at the highest security and performance standards. However, despite the backup service, 100% uptime or the absence of data loss is not guaranteed. In the event of a malfunction, our liability is limited to the last monthly service fee paid.
6. Social Media Management and Meta Rules
- Platform Compliance: By connecting your Facebook and Instagram accounts, you agree to comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Community Standards. The user is solely responsible for sharing prohibited content.
- Permissions and Security: The permissions (tokens) you grant to our application are used solely to perform actions on your behalf (posting, reading insights). These access keys are stored on encrypted servers and are never shared with third parties.
- Service Interruptions: BirSite cannot be held responsible for disruptions in social media services due to changes or outages in Meta APIs.
7. Google Services Integration
- Permission and Responsibility: By connecting your Google account using our "Analytics" feature, you agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You grant our application permission to access data from your selected Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads accounts on a read-only basis for the sole purpose of displaying it to you in your dashboard.
- Data Accuracy: The accuracy of the data displayed in the dashboard depends on the information provided by Google's APIs. BirSite cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies originating from the APIs.
- Revoking Access: You can revoke our application's access to your Google account at any time from the "Settings" tab in our dashboard or directly from your Google Account's security settings. Upon revocation, all related data will be removed from your dashboard.
8. Company Information
BirSite is a brand owned by Umut TOPÇUOĞULLARI - ReklamAbi, a sole proprietorship registered with the Kocaeli / İzmit Alemdar Tax Office.
